About:
The narration starts when he(Dr. Kalam) was a little boy. His hometown was in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu. He tells his life in school days and about his family.
He talks about the hardships and struggles to study and complete his higher education, how he became motivated to work for his country as an aerospace engineer.
He recalls building a prototype vehicle Nandi for military, and his nervousness when the day of inspection arrived. In DRDO(Defense Research and Development Organization), he and team used to work late at night, solving problems related to missiles trajectory control. He was very moved by the donation of Church land for building Missile test facility.
As events took turn, he was invited to work for newly formed ISRO(Indian Space Research Organization), where he proved his worth and building upon his knowledge about missiles, and developed SLV(Satellite Launch Vehicle).
Whole world watched as he became Missile Man of India, known for his developments in Nuclear Testing in Pokhran, Agni Missile Series, and several Space Launch vehicles.
